Four weeks, four outputs.

Each week ends with something you can show: evidence, an offer, a sales campaign, and a growth plan.

Week 1

Validate your idea

Define the problem and your target customer, assess competitors, run at least 10 customer interviews, and test demand and willingness to pay.

Output: Refined idea, customer profile, and evidence of a real market problem.
Watch a founder do Week 1 customer interviews on TikTok.
Week 2

Create an offer

Design a simple product or service, work out costs, pricing and gross profit, prepare your pitch, and list at least 20 potential customers.

Output: Testable offer, unit economics model, and structured outreach plan.
Watch a founder pitch their Week 2 minimum viable offer.
Week 3

Find your first customer

Practise direct and social selling, objection handling and follow-up. Record leads, orders, payments and customer feedback.

Output: A documented sales campaign aimed at your first paying customer.
Watch a founder close their very first customer sale.
Week 4

Grow the business

Work on customer experience, retention, referrals, bookkeeping and cash flow, then plan your next 90 days.

Output: Complete progress report, sales tracker, and 90-day growth roadmap.
Watch a founder plan their 90-day cash flow runway.

Then 90 days of support.
